"I would like to share my experience with the hotel shuttle service, as I was very disappointed with the communication and the service provided. I called the hotel in advance to let them know what time I would be arriving and to arrange for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel again, and I was told that the shuttle would pick me up at 5:00 p.m. However, the shuttle did not arrive. After waiting, I called the hotel again and was told that there was a lot of traffic. I waited another 45 minutes and called again, only to be told that the hotel did not have a driver available. I was very upset and frustrated because I had been awake since 3:00 a.m. and was already extremely tired from traveling. What was especially disappointing was that when I first called the hotel, the person who answered the phone never mentioned that there might not be a driver available. If I had known this in advance, I could have made other arrangements and avoided waiting at the airport for so long. The following morning, I needed to return to the airport. I asked the hotel if there would be a driver available, and I was told yes, but that the shuttle only runs once every hour. Because of this schedule, I had to take the shuttle approximately three hours before my domestic flight, which was very inconvenient. For future guests, I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly provide the specific shuttle operating hours and the days when the shuttle is available."

"Very large villa. The fans in the bedrooms did not have light covers and you could not turn off the lights so not useable at night. Beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was ok but only one choice, eggs, tortilla chips with sauce, bacon and runny beans. Fruit and yogurt. Fruit juice was fresh and delicious. I would stay here again. Great location."
