The only thing they need to improve is having a few parking spots available. It was hard to find parking but also it was around the holidays so it made everything harder. "Hotel was fine, clean and had a good service. However when I booked it, the site map located it in Huichihuayan, about 6 miles north from where it was really located. I recently checked the map again and is been corrected. Overall it is a good hotel. "

"Hotel is nice and clean, area has very steep roads so driving is a little difficult to navigate. But the hotel itself is a great , service is great , food was great , rooms are on the smaller size max is 2 adults and 2 kids. Based off the room we chose. They have laundry service so that is another great amenity. Definitely would stay again"

The check-in process was very easy and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the restaurant at the property had wonderful staff and food. "
