"Huge lovely bedroom and great shower (also huge). But not enough clothes hooks round the wall (only 2, and although there were lots of hangers, hanging stuff there then covered the shelf behind). And the parking, whilst necessary in San Sebastian, was exorbitant at €29.50 a day. Future travellers please note the rooftop pool is smaller than it looks from the photos and isn't heated. Even in early September after a heatwave it was pretty cold! I didn't have breakfast but asked for a glass of wine just before 23.00 one day but was firmly told the bar was closed. The spa area is big, lovely Turkish bath, jacuzzi and sauna but you're only supposed to book an hour a day."

"Good price and room, didn’t really use facilities. Reception helped organise taxi to San Sebastián. Approx 25-30 euro journey each way to old town. Small cafe and pastry shop located nearby was nice"

"The room was clean and modern with air conditioning. The location was perfect- close to the old town without the late night noise. We don’t have the breakfast- at €19, it didn’t seem good value. There were welcome drinks and found the staff very helpful"

"We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in September 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed! This is a lovely hotel well located near the beach and just a short walking distance to the old town. We had a premier room and it was very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"El Hotel estaba muy bonito y convenientemente ubicado si no quieres estar en el bullicio del centro antiguo. Tiene estacionamiento justo al lado del Hotel, con un costo extra pero que vale la pena pagarlo. El personal fue muy amable desde que llegamos y nos resolvieron un problema que tuvimos con una reservación muy diligentemente. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas, muy bien acondicionadas y tenían varios extras que no esperábamos encontrar como ser: batas y pantuflas, spray para las almohadas, una botella de vino de bienvenida. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, definitivamente regresaremos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje a Donostia."
