"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "

"This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. "Excellent Hosts. They did not speak much English which we actually enjoyed as my wife got to try out her Italian. It is a little slice of heaven tucked into the Hillside of Umbria. Lots of extras and the pool was magnificent! If there was ever any stress…Relax Cottage! "

"J’ai bien aimé l’endroit . La chambre était propre et style italienne . J’ai bien apprécié la présence de Margueritta qui parle Français elle est très serviable. Pour aller à la gare et revenir il y a un arrêt de bus à 20mn à pied . Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté pour y accéder. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus on peut accéder par la Porta Nuova pour visiter tous les endroits religieux commençant par BAsilique Sainte Claire et Santa Maria Maggiore où Saint Carlos Acutis se repose et en finissant à...

"The country house has remarkable views which really make it something special. A short walk to the centre (up a hill). The rooms are slightly dated in style but have everything you need. We were however in an attic room and with the slanted ceiling and shower over the bath the showering facility was difficult but there is a bath option. Overall the views, pool and service make it a wonderful stay. "

"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good.
