Really dirty, old and nasty. Found parts of the room which obviously have not cleaned for months or even years. Restaurant also was closed. Wonder why Expedia keeps this offer up!

Don't be fooled by pictures

Nothing like the picture. There is no pool. Sihanoukville is all torn up. NO ROADS now during massive road construction to last about another year. Reserved two bungalows, one didn't lock! Switched out. For three days, only one cleaning. 2nd bungalow NO cleaning. What they call a restaurant was a patio with warmed food, full of flies.

A total disaster ! In a middle of construction site !!! Road rollers before 7am which made the room walls shaking. We did not know if the roof would collapse !! Dust everywhere with all the constructions around! We booked and paid for 6 nights but we ran away after 3 nights !!! I usually trust Expedia to find nice accommodations but I still do not understand how you can still list this property !!! Right now, Sihanoukville is a hudge construction site, Otres Beach is in ruins !!! The pictures of the hotel must have been taken 3 years ago !! A real nightmare !!!!

Chambre avec terrasse correcte, menage fait et serviettes changees chaque jour. Les travaux des alentours amenent de la poussiere partout. Du fait la piscine, les dalles, bains de soleil sont presque inutilisables. Ce nest pas du fait de good time mais dautres hotels arrivent a nettoyer, pourquoi pas eux. Donc en resume, chambre ca va , abords et restes a proscrire. Le gerant est accueillant et fait son possible, mais sans grande clientele, l'affaire ne peut s'ameliorer. Touristes,fuyez sihanoukville et ses plages, c'est la reconstruction de Beyrouth apres guerre avec plus de rues ni trottoirs et partout.....incroyable....que de la terre, des ordures et detritus partout meme sur les plages....

良かったです

海から近い、居心地の良いホテルでした。 海から帰ってきたとき用にバスタオルが借りれたのが大きかったです。 朝食ビュッフェも良く、オムレツが美味しかったです。 ただ、私が泊まった部屋の鍵が非常にかたくなかなか閉まらなかったり鍵が抜けなかったのと、部屋のライトがいくつか壊れていて部屋全体が暗く居心地が悪いのが非常に気になりました。

Helt ok, men börjar redan bli slitet. Nära till stranden och dessutom en bra pool, dock inte mycket service vid poolen. Frukost ingick, den var ok. Inte mycket att klaga på men att betala 65-70 USD är nog lite för mycket för detta stället.

Surprised with the current rating

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We were booked for 4 nights and left after night one. Mold on pillows and in showers. Filthy curtains and walls. Hole in ceiling. Some animals crawling around in ceiling at night (rats??). I really can’t think of anything nice to say about this and am puzzled how they got a 4/5 rating. We are travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam for 6 weeks so we have some travelling experience and are not just whiners.

Rent och trevligt

Bra läge intill den finaste stranden i sihanoukville. Dock minus pga dåligt utbud med restauranger i närheten, vi åkte till centrum varje kväll och åt. Men fina rum och hjälpsam personal.

Good value with a great pool

On the expensive side for Otres ,but still good value Although I booked for 2 adults and a 9 years child , breakfast buffet voucher was only good fo 2 pax and I had to pay for the child,which is not generous given the price of the room.

Ett hotell i lägre standard, fint yttre med helt okej pool, rummet som vi fick hade dålig finish på kakling, målning samt att det var mycket sprickor på väggarna. Frukosten var mycket enkel och inte något vidare. Stranden var mycket trevlig och ren från skräp. Maten från restaurangerna vid stranden var mycket goda.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, og er forholdsvis nybygget. Dog er de igang med at udvide så der er rigtig meget larm. God morgenmad og godt personale. Medbring små sedler, de kan ofte ikke engang give tilbage på 5$ sedler i receptionen.
