"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."

"It's in the middle of a hill so make sure the taxi takes you to the entrance. The location is really great for walking around. There is a small park at the top of the hill. (2 min walk) with a wonderful view of the river. After that walk back down and explore all of the streets. We were only there overnight since we had to get up at 4 am to catch a flight, but it was very comfortable in room 11. "Hotel nice and very well located, staff extraordinary, very helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet delicious and with a huge variety for every taste. The only issue is the lack of AC and even with their cooling system, the room gets fresh, not cool and with a considerable noise. I understand that this is not a fault of the hotel but a regulation of the city. But it is a point to consider during the summer"

"This hotel is a gem! We loved the differently themed floors and adored the thoughtful interior design of our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They even offer a pillow menu. The room has blinds and curtains to darken the room entirely and the AC worked very well and was really quiet. We slept through every night and the Nespresso machine was another highlight. Don't miss out on their excellent breakfast! It was delicious and their staff was lovely."
