Lovely old hotel (built in 1884) with original features, a fabulous gift shop attached with locally made gifts, and a wonderful welcome from the couple who own and run the hotel. Lovely breakfast options and a really nice communal breakfast/sitting room allowing great interraction with other guests. Just like being at home in your own living room. The staff were absolutely lovely, the room was great and the town is a great place to stop over and explore. Highly recommended

Would stay again

As before the Hotel provided the perfect end to my vacation. From the 'Happy hour' to the perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict on my day of departure, the staff made everyone welcome.

Quiet, comfortable, just what we were looking for!

Great hotel. Lovely staff at breakfast and lots of options from cereal to hots. Good location for skiing and free shuttle to the lifts. Kids loved the pool and hot tub a nice bonus.
