"Got two rooms During check in we were supposed to get two rooms by each other but did not initially. Eventually went up with my stuff and was greeted by a woman who was still checked in and said my name popped up on her screen and I had to take my stuff back downstairs and wait a bit. One of two rooms we eventually got came with a sticky floor and not enough towels. One of two rooms smelled strongly of cleaning fluid and the 2nd floor smelled like Asian food. Pool was small and the water pools around it. Pool and hot tub water are warm/hot. For about an hour not enough towels by pool Area was very loud and someone stole my son's toy Rooms were mostly fine after check in snafoo Breakfast was good and had two waffle makers Not a lotmof fruit Coffee was also above average Checkout at noon which was good There was a basketball court as well "

The whole purpose of the stay was to celebrate my daughter birthday with a pool party and the pool was under construction- total disappointment. I call to switch too a hotel with an open pool and waited on hold for hours with no resolution. No one with any authors on the weekend. "

"Hot tub & pool was loaded with young children & site was under renovation. However, my jacuzzi suite was acceptable until I removed the mattress cover to fine urine stain where I was going to need to sleep. The manager returned my payment on the spot and apologized. "

"Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance that kept slamming the first night that woke me up multiple times. Pool was nice for little kids and hot tub was a good touch. Was a little dirty in the hot tub but overall it was an ok experience. Wanted to really like it for quick family staycations but it was just ok. Staff were friendly and nothing outstanding or overly negative. "
