The Ambassador Transit Hotel was perfect for our 19-hour layover at Changi Airport. The clean, comfortable room and excellent amenities made it easy to rest, shower, and recharge between exploring the airport. The friendly, welcoming staff made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone with a long layover!

A convenient stopover - we had a 9 hour layover in Singapore between Sydney and London and it was a game-changer to be able to get a shower, change into some clean clothes and have a nap. Air con and shower gel provided and within the terminal building itself (there is an Ambassador transit hotel in both terminals 2 and 3) but easy to get between both, They also provided a wake-up call.

The room was well appointed and conveniently located with easy access from all terminals. The meal options were good to have along with the room. The bed was extremely hard and this meant sleeping was difficult for our sensitive backs and hips.

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.

PM flight from Bali and early flight out SIN-SFO. No customs and immigration needed for in airport stay. Added one one hour to 6 hour stay. Breakfast was very good just across fromt he hotel. Front desk arranged wake up, cart assistance to correct gate in a very timely manner in the morning.
