Overall, the services were excellent, including room service, food, stay, and leisure facilities. However, the only downside was the limited transport services due to major construction around the area. Additionally, there was an incident with the shuttle service drop off was at Jewel side where to reach T2 departure need me 20± mins with luggage(some areas are restricted with trolley )and —one of our small bags was left behind during drop-off and couldn’t be delivered to the airport in time as we waited 1.5hr and happy to pay for fare..

Great property beautiful surroundings nice that there’s plenty of restaurants. The only drawback is that it’s only about 3 miles off the end of the runway so if you don’t like aircraft passing overhead, you might want to consider another property.

Fantastic hotel, inconvenient location

Pricey but so is Singapore. Lovely hotel, great pool, great golf course. 5 star service from everyone, from the concierge to the check in staff. The bad: Limited dining options (and pricey) Nothing walking distance from the hotel.

Good for the last day

Although the location is slightly inconvenient, requiring a shuttle bus ride to the MRT station and advance reservation for the number of passengers, staying at the hotel is very comfortable. The lobby staff are very willing to help, the rooms are extremely clean, the outdoor swimming pool is large, and the gym is exceptionally well-equipped! Recommended for relaxation on the last day before leaving Singapore.

Dusit Thani Singapore great place to stay

Very Friendly and great service - clean and modern room. Good people and very easy to make they customers happy. if I was to critic I would only say that may be their breakfast needs some improvements, they mainly cater for the Asian population, very little variety of Western food. Just a few minutes from the Airport. The only down side for us was NOT the Dusit Thani, but the taxi service we had to get from the Airport, the taxi service at the airport sells the fare to you so be very careful as we got I believe ripped of at the Airport, we were sold the taxi hire and told it would take approximately half an hour, the cost was $60 Singaporean dollars, which equates to $72 Aud and we got to the hotel in less than 10 minutes, was not any way half an hour, so be careful.

This is a nice property. I was disappointed, but I guess I should have paid attention. We chose a hotel by the airport as we had an early International flight. When we got there, we found tht shuttles begin at 10: 30. I assumed if you were a big hotel by the airport, and it says "Hotel shuttle" that it is for whever you need it and international are usually earty. When we checked in, because it was , they said they would have bagged breakfasts for us on the window sill behind the reservation desk. It wasn't there.

FRom what was promised the hotel is very poor indeed. Its opposite a building site with a revised road network that is so poorly marked local taxis are always late trying to get to the location. Having asked specifically for tennis based on their marketing, nothing was sorted! On asking for contact with a coach they did nothing. Their is no bar in the hotel as they have a single restaurant plus a souless golf bar and restaurant. The latter doesnt serve food plus 7.45 pm. At the "Legends" restaurant the 2/3 of the tapas menu was unavailable 3 occasions coming back to teh room at 3 pm it still wasnt made up and the response to the re
