The Good: The room was great. Excellent size, new and had amenities like a washer/dryer which was fantastic. The staff were pleasant enough. One cleaner in particular was amazing however I didn't get her name to give her due praise sadly. There is a 24hr Fair Price supermarket attached to the hotel which was a godsend. The gym is very good for a hotel gym and the pool area is nice too. Restaurant had some good options for breakfast and was tasty however if I'm being honest, if it wasn't included in my stay, I would have gone elsewhere.
Other Things (keep in mind, I do rate this hotel, these are just things you should know): It can get a bit noisy at night with rooftop bars, 24hr supermarkets and 24hr food centres very close by. The hotel is in an okay location but I wouldn't say great. That may depend on your situation. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Somerset MRT station which is great unless it pours down rain or is brutally hot like Singapore is known to be. Somerset won't get you everywhere you want so expect multiple line changes. Not much opens until around 10/11am in the area so keep that in mind but (weather permitting) at night it really comes to life, especially on Orchard Road. Still fairly convenient but did feel a little far from the main sights of Singapore. This may only be for me though as I prefer to walk.
