"This is a brand new hotel and everything works well. Staff are friendly and very helpful, gave me a lot of pointers as to where to eat around the hotel. Cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not have the chance to sample their breakfast, their air conditioning works a bit too well as I had to turn them to a higher temperature so it would not be too cold. Overall, this is a really good hotel with good location, great staff and good rooms!"

"Good hotel but a little dated. There are very few places to store luggage and only one luggage rack. there is no drawer space and little hanging room meaning that you are living out of your suitcase. The location is second to none with easy access to the MRT."

"Hotel was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is fantastic with a refilling water station and helpful seating area to monitor incoming taxis/Grab. Gym was top notch - sparkling clean and modern equipment. A good range, including treadmills with LCD running/walking journeys. Pool was a nice temperature and cannot be faulted. It seems it opens at 8am (not 7am) but staff opened it early at request. There is a 7/11 5 min away downstairs at the back of the hotel through a passageway from the lobby. We booked the Superior room (interconnected) and it was a nice size with comfy beds. Some of the additional wheel-in beds were too firm. The water filter in the bathroom is great for filling up for the hot days. No bath in bathroom but shower is a good size. Location could be better, as it's 5-10min from Bugis or Nicoll Highway station, which are both flat walks but Bugis needs a crossing through a busy road. 5/5 hotel"

"Nice stay in Singapore. Hotel was at a reasonable price and offered good value for money. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early from a morning arrival. The rooms were quite small but not a problem if not planning to spend a long time in the room. They were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Location is slightly out of the centre of Singapore but close to Haji street and Arab district. There is also a bus station right outside which goes to key areas such as Gardens by the bay."

Perfect location, spotlessly clean and club facilities were fabulous, along with the views. The Day Spa was devine, very relaxing and fantastic treatments. "Every member of staff was fantastic and delivered 5 star service. Hard to single any particular person out as they were all so good. The room (Marina Bay view King) and pool were lovely, very clean and a nice balance between modern and old-world charm. Only minor fault was the room did feel a little tired and there was nothing really in the way of amenities in the room (free soft drinks or snacks). Would still recommend 100%"
