Good location, basic room

Very basic rooms, with basic equipment. Don't expect much. However, location is great, food tasty, view on the lake priceless and friendly staff. I would say Lido is a good deal.. You get what you pay for.

Lido Hotel perfekt placerat, rent och snyggt runt omkring. Underbart ställe, gågata med massor utav utbud av restauranger. Billigt att bo och billig mat. Medelhavsinspirerat bad, vatten.

Loud, old, terrible hotel in Siofok

This hotel was a bad experience for my whole family. We reserved a 2 bedroom apt in the hotel and to our surprise it was a room and a tiny wall and another place where u can sleep. Very small, def. not a 2 bedroom apt, more like a studio. The only thing was nice is the view. The hotel is right on the beach. However, the hotel was very noisy, we could not sleep the whole time due to parties all night. I complained that we got AC turned on for free, otherwise their charge you for it... The hotel has potention, but it is on a very busy street and therefore very noisy. Not good for families. Also, the hotel looked old, furniture old, very small, the bed was uncomfortable...Breakfast boring, same thing every day, the breakfast attendant cursing at people (I speak Hungarian so I happen to understand...) It was a frustrating experience, please save your money and book elsewhere...

Haben ein Hotel fürs balaton sound benötigt. War ausreichend aber für einen schönen Urlaub kann ich es nicht empfehlen. (Klima muss man extra zahlen ... 8 Euro am Tag )

Уютный отель на озере

Путешествовали с женой по Венгрии на автомобиле. Одним из объектов для обязательного посещения было озеро Балатон. Отель забронировали в день прибытия. Понравилась цена, расположение и отзывы путешественников об отеле. Сразу скажу, что отдыхали мы в несезон, в мае. Поэтому отдыхающих было очень мало. Что конечно же стало еще одним плюсом. Нам вообще нигде не приходилось ждать. Ни при заселении, ни в ресторане на завтраке, ни при выезде. Об отеле. Чистенький, скромный отель. Только что отремонтированный судя по всему. Персонал крайне вежливый и дружелюбный Но его главное преимущество - наличие пляжа на озере. Это то, что впечатлило нас больше всего. Уроме того все номера имеют вид на озеро. Однозначно будем рекомендовать отель друзьям и родственникам.

Nie wieder!!

Nie wieder dieses Hotel, drei Sterne. Das ich nicht lache. Ich würde es mit einem Jugendherbergen Standard vergleichen und da würde das Hotel noch gut weg kommen. Überall dreckig und runter gerockt. Das Frühstück ungenießbar. Ist meine Meinung, ich war enttäusch! Der Balaton hat mich auch nicht umgehauen aber da soll sich jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden aber am besten in einem anderen Hotel oder für Familien ehr besser in einem der Zahlreichen Ferienwohnung.

Dejligt familiehotel.

En positiv oplevelse. Ved ankomst blev vi mødt af en sød receptionist, der talte både tysk og engelsk. Der var god service i receptionen, hvis man havde specielle ønsker til oplevelser/turer. Hotellet bød på et bredt og godt morgenmadskomplet, hvor der var et flot udbud til både store og små. Der var separat bar i bygningen, hvor man kunne nyde forskellige drikke. Her blev vi betjent af en sød og smilende ung tjener. Baren lukkede for udskænkning kl. 22.00, hvorefter der var ro på hotellet. Hotelværelset var småt, men indeholdt det nødvendige til en god ferie.

Неповторимый Балатон

Прекрасное месторасположение отеля - на берегу Балатона (свой пляж), в прогулочно - ресторанной зоне, недалеко от ж/д вокзала и пристани (можно и нужно сгонять в Тихань !!!). Из всех номеров открывается чудный вид на озеро! Очень чисто - уборка номера каждый день, персонал приветливый, завтраки неплохие. На 6 этаже WI-FI не работал - очень слабый сигнал, надо спускаться в лобби, но там все ОК и удобные диванчики :))

Right on the lake and close to lots of restaurants

I was in a top floor budget room which had a balcony with a view of Lake Balaton. The room was basic but clean and included clean towels and a fridge and air conditioning. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was very acceptable. The hotel had a bar and a guest only lawn to the rear on the lake. I thought for the price it was very agreeable.

Nemzetközi botrány

A környék kiváló, vízparti, a Petőfi sétánytól 100 méterre. Csak az országot tévesztettem el. 13.000 Ft.-ért szálltam meg egy üzleti éjszakára. Csak akkor még nem gondoltam, hogy a "cselédszobában" leszek elszállásolva. Ezért az összegért természetesen nem jár parkolás se reggeli! A parkolás + 1500 Ft. az állítólagos őrzött parkolóban(150m). Mondanom sem kell, hogy annyira volt őrzött a parkoló, hogy a szél csapkodta a kaput a sárban. A reggeli pedig közel 3000 Ft. lett volna, ha kérek. A szoba kiváló elhelyezkedésű volt, a porta és a büfék fölött lévő tetőnek köszönhetően, pazar kilátással a Balatonra. Csak gerinctörést szenvedtem azért, hogy egy gyűszűnyit láthassak a tóból. Természetesen TV is volt a szobában. Kár, hogy kisebb volt mint a laptopom kijelzője. Az egyek kedvenc Hollywoody filmem az Indiana Jones. Mindig szerettem volna a díszletei között tölteni egy estét. Hát itt sikerült! Annyi volt a pókháló az előtérben lévő gyönyörű műanyag virágokon és a szobában, hogy lenyűgözött. A bútorok színe és állapota a szüleim fiatalságát idézték a 70es, 80as évekből. Az ár még nem tartalmazta a 400Ft. idegenforgalmi adót sem. De a hab a tortán, hogy ezért a potom 14500 Ft-ért/éjszaka ezen a kábulatos helyen, nem jár törölköző!!! Csak ajánlani tudom idegenforgalmi végzettségűeknek diplomamunkához.

Perfekte Lage am See mit Privatstrand

Partymeile zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, bequemes Doppelbett, Kühlschrank, Fliegengittertür war sehr hilfreich über Nacht, kleiner Flatscreen, Parkplatz vorhanden, WLAN in der Lobby, Balkon mit perfektem Sunset Ausblick, Frühstücksbuffet könnte/müsste umfangreicher und frischer sein, zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer (2, davon 1 für den Kühlschrank)!

Don't expect too much and you will be satisfied. The location is good, the room was clean and the personnel was kind. The only problem was that the air exhauster was not working in the bathroom so the wet and smelly air stuck in.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, Personal ok spricht auch sehr gut deutsch, sehr freundlich, Lage gut direkt am See,nur 10 Minuten zur City, zur Promenade 2 Minuten zu Fuß, Mehrere deutschsprachige Fernsenprogramme im Zimmer, Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend..

odličan omjer cjene i kvalitete

Vrlo ugodan hotel. sobe su čiste i uredne, lokacija odlična, na samoj plaži i blizu centra grada. Ako ne patite na luksuz, biti ćete jako zadovoljni onim što dobijete za iznos koji ste platili. Kad ču ići opet tamo, hotel Lido bit će moj izbor...
