Economy hotel, no thrills, but it's nice

Staff was really nice. Rooms are spacious. Good value and convenient to many stores/restaurants, etc. Rooms for clean.

Even though this May not be a five star hotel the staff are excellent and do their very best to make you a comfortable as they can. There were only minor inconveniences that aren’t even worth mentioning. I would stay there again.

It served as a place to get a few hours of sleep before continuing on our journey! Smelled of smoke, floors were dirty and sticky in our room. Didn’t shower because it looked dirty.

Very disappointed

Room was not clean. -floors were not swept and dirty with garbage from the people before -bedding wasn’t changed -shower had a leak and ran all night -toilet wouldn’t flush properly, at all. -breakfast was GOOD though.

Dirty, public hair all over bathroom, fridge full of previous person's food, mold, stains on the sheets...I could go on. I left photos with the front desk when I checked out. She stated managers would follow up with us. That never happened.

Did not like all the mold on bathroom ceiling and ceiling coming apart. Food left in microwave that was VERY moldy. Just a horrble experience. Do have photos if neccesary.

It would have been alot better if our room was actually clean...it stunk horrible like someone pissed all over the room...our supposed clean towels had stains everywhere and our bedding looked like it was never washed...the smell alone was bad enough to wanna go find a new hotel...and had they not told us we wouldnt get a refund we most def would have done that....in all the hotels ive stayed in this was by far the worst

The floors in our room were filthy dirty. The breakfast ran out of food at 8:30. No one to restock. When some one did come 9am she took out garbage. Coffee was out too. People poured cereal only to discover no milk. No one found at front desk. At least 15 to people left without food. Very sad for one family. Kids all had sad faces

overall, not what it appeared on the website - biggest complaint. we tried to have the clerk let us put the charge on a non-business credit card - she would not let us credit my business card and charge our debit card. a very simple request. plus - she was rude about it and tossed my card back at me after she said no. not cool

Horrible experience! Not worth $180!!!!!

Even though this is a 2 star hotel, our room was absolutely disgusting. We arrived around 9:30pm after 12 hours of driving. At first, I didn't believe anyone was at the front desk and stood there waiting for someone to show up for about 10 minutes. Finally,a front desk attendant who was hidden in the office behind the front desk emerged. After checking into our room, we went and grabbed some food and were looking forward to taking showers and going to bed. We realized that there was ONE towel in the room and my husband had to go to the front desk to get more. After looking at the shower, none of us used it. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. It actually looked like someone had urinated in it and it was left that way. On his way to bed, my husband noticed his socks were wet. We assumed, some water got on the floor when we brushed our teeth. When we got up the next morning after getting almost ZERO sleep due to the ridiculous amount of noise that was allowed, we realized that the pipe to the sink had leaked all over the floor in front of the sink. It also leaked through the wall separating the sink from the bedroom and my husband's duffel bag with ALL of his clothes in it that was on the floor next to the bed got completely soaked. As my family packed up, I went to speak to the front desk attendant about our experience. She took my info, needless to say I haven't heard from the manager. This room cost almost $180. RIDICULOUS!

Shower handle holder broken so had to drape cord around handle on side of wall because if I turned off shower to use soap it would take time to warm the water. Weak toilet flush would not dispose of immediately and could not flush again but toilet tank did not refill until after a few minutes. Would have to go back and flush again. Filthy way to dispose of waste products. Definitely will not stay at this facility again or any other econo lodges elsewhere. I have stayed at serveral hotels and by far this is the worst. Now understand why the rates are so low because that is the only thing that brings the customers to that site. Would rather pay more in the future. This was the first time that I have stayed and an econo lodge.

Floor in our room was very dirty and tacky…could’ve used a good scrubbing. Our socks and feet were black after walking around for a while. Staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. Front desk said they were short staffed. Breakfast was very good.
