"Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. "I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

"We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Phuket, Thailand."

"excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed"

"Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help. "

"Clover Hotel Patong is one of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The property is spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is excellent. It is easily walkable to great food, shopping, and Patong Beach, which made getting around effortless. A special highlight was the New Year’s Eve celebration. The team hosted a magnificent event that was fun, orderly, and exceptionally well executed, which says a lot given how chaotic that night can be. I would absolutely recommend Clover Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding service and a prime location. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
