"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

"First we were given the wrong room, so we had to go back to the desk to discover why our key wasn’t working. Our room had a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom on the door hook. The mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The hall noise is easily heard. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff (Spoonbread) were delightful."

"It was an interesting choice to have the coffee pot near the bathroom. Choosing to basically have a tall hazy glass pane between the bathroom and bedroom led to a startling surprise when my partner used the bathroom in the night and flooded the whole room with light as a result. "The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private."

"Liked the staff and rooms. My concern is that we saw enough dogs to start a kennel. From start to finish. I know businesses have to embrace a "pet friendly" attitude. To me, it appears the pendulum swung too far the other way. I don't hold anything against this facility because businesses have to follow trends to stay afloat."

"The only decor was the ubiquitous No Smoking signs, yet the whole place reeked of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke and people smoked freely on the balconies, in the lobby, etc."
