Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, useful kitchenette. Easy walk to the old town. And the hosts were very responsive and helpful."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Comfortable and clean hotel an easy 10mins walk from Zadar old town. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities for our short stay. Staff welcoming and helpful. Really good breakfast choice and replenished often. Excellent value for the price. A couple of negatives though: 1) not particularly easy to find as hotel is surrounded by other buildings and the local area a bit run down 2) parking not the easiest if you come by car - we were lucky and managed to find a space quite close to hotel but generally street parking on first come, first served 3) water pressure can vary - was fine early morning but after breakfast water stopped for a while before returning. 4) the water and fruit juice from mixer and tasted very artificial. Overall, we were impressed with the hotel and think it deserves more than 3* but let down by the surrounding area. Would still stay again if returning."
