Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We rarely return to an accommodation we have stayed at but we are happy to make an exception for Kastri Hill. We love the spacious terrace with private pool, the wonderful staff, the impeccable cleanliness. Daily cleaning and pool maintenence keep it at a high standard for our entire stay. A sandy beach and good tavernas are a short walk away and Palaikastro town, with ATM, pharmacy, minimarkets and veg shop is only a few km further. Our only niggle this trip was that, having promised us the unit we prefer, the owner told us, after we had paid, that it wasn't available for the first three nights. We were annoyed at having to move. The staff did their best to help.
