"Our AC didn’t work and the staff knew that and put is in the room. When we asked for help to turn on the AC we were told there’s an issue with the AC in our room and they can’t do anything about it that night. It would’ve been nice to be put in a room that had AC"

"The location was perfect for visiting central Skiathos well being far enough away from the bustle. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was that the half shower door would not seal or stay in place. Combined with a hanging hand shower that could not be adjusted it resulted in a significant amount of water to clean up off the bathroom floor each time one of us showered."

"We stayed here a few weeks ago just for 1 night and it was wonderful. The room was spacious for 4 people and had an amazing view with a balcony. Breakfast and pool were great. They even had a shower in the lobby if you wanted to use the pool after check out. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Things to note: its up on a hill so walking could be tricky for people with mobility issues. Also check the hours of the pool because the pool closed for cleaning before the...

"Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!"

"Pro: Tolle Lage direkt im New Port, und nur eine Minute zur Bushaltestelle Nr. 1. Rascher und freundlicher Checkin (anonst kein Kontakt mit Hotelpersonal außer Grußworten). Entsprach alles der Beschreibung und hat den Erwartungen erfüllt. Con: Der Ausblick im Dachgeschoss Zimmer ohne Meerblick ist nicht ansehnlich (Gebäuderuine). Wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Bad mit WC ist sehr klein und hat keine Ablageflächen außer dem kleinen Waschbecken. Kühlschrank ohne Eisfach. Keine Kaffeemaschine...

"Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!"
