"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "Very very uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows, AC not cool enough and unfortunately terrible overnight stay. First time at this franchise and I bet I won't be doing it again."
