"The TCC Plaza was exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Skopje. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (except for the sound of circulating hot water in the radiator at night). "There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before.
