"The hotel was friendly, clean, and tidy per usual but as the hot water was out most of the time over the course of two days, and the hotel seemed happy to charge full rates rather than adjusting them for the lack of one of THE primary services a hotel should be providing, I must ding the score. Thankfully they did repair the boiler in a relatively quick manner (considering the scope of the job) but they seemingly had no conception of compensating for their lack of what is arguably one of their...

"It is a magical and unique place, of course this is not for everyone, it is a place that transports you to 60 and I loved that, I would appreciate a little more maintenance but that does not steal the magic and speaking of magic when we arrived at 10 pm we were a little scared around, but when we entered everything changed and we spent two incredible nights we enjoyed nature and the natural air, the birds and all that the lake super delicious, anyway I liked it"

"The place is at the heart of the city. Many touristy places within walking distance. Good breakfast spread. All-day coffee is available."

"Nice place for an overnight or 2. My big complaint is that our room smelled terribly of cigarettes and there were no other rooms available. The smell dissipated after a day but it was very bad to start. I will definitely stay here again but will make sure Its a nonsmoking room."

"There was hair in the bathtub, overflowing trash outside the hotel room, the tv did not work. I gave it 1 star because the guy at the desk was nice and hospitable."

"Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...

"Basic, clean, free bfast and worked for a one night on a road trip"

"Staff was friendly and helpful... BUT.. an additional $25 per day to park. Only one elevator for a 1/2 mile of rooms. Only luggage carts available without a bell hop are small and awful. Only one of the advertised restaurants are open. Outdoor pool is an added charge. No room service. No daily maid service."

"The lobby and breakfast area was under construction but out of the dust that travels with you under your shoes the place was clean and rooms are comfortable."

"The place is always clean and well maintained. The casino floor does have a smoky smell to it but that isn't unexpected. The food can be hit or miss but not bad."
