"Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful."

"Last minute stop on the way to Gatlinburg. Reasonably priced. Comfortable room that was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was strong. My only complaint was the walls were thin and it sounded like the people above us were practicing gymnastics until 11pm and up at 6:45 am. The two young ladies that checked us in were wonderful. Get a second floor room if you stay here."

"We stayed a weekend here. Upon arrival we checked in after hours and had to wait for staff to come check us in. We never saw the ladies face there was a metal curtain pulled down. And she just spoke to us from behind that. The lights at the entrance were off and it was dark. When we entered our room the floors were visibly dirty. "This place is not brand new in appearance, but everything was very very clean and safe and pleasant and there was no weirdness or creepiness, everything was very nice. Breakfast was clean and peaceful. And there is no strong perfume smell, which is helpful and indicative that there are no bad smells to overcome."

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"ROACHES. FALLING FROM THE CEILING. Yes, you read that right. We got to this hotel at about 8:30pm, started out seeming fine. Not great as there were 2 dead roaches in the bathroom, but seemingly everything else was ok considering we were just stopping in for one night to sleep and shower and get on the road. "We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again."
