"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property is new and very clean, but I was disappointed that we only had our room cleaned once during a three night stay. I asked for more towels and received them quickly. The room only had one chair - it would have been nice to have two chairs in the room (we had a king bed standard room). The bed was too hard and the pillows were very small. The room view was far from what I expected; we were looking at a parking lot with the beautiful Utah Mountains only visible way off to the side. The breakfast was not worth eating. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel."

"We are a couple traveling with our elderly parents and teen daughter. So we either needed 2 hotel rooms or something like this. What i booked was a 1 room cabin with a loft bed, kitchen, bathroom and living room, 2 queen beds and sofa couch. On arrival, the office was closed but there was a paper on a magnet board with a map and it said we were in the lodge with a code to get in. This is not what I booked but when I called the number, they said if you don't like it you can have a refund. So we decided to check it out. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. 3 queen beds total, 1 futon. We felt that was considererably better than what we had booked so we stayed. The beds were very soft which we like. One bed was pretty squeaky. Plenty of extra bedding, pillows, towels. The bathroom had a deep bathtub which was very difficult for the elders to get into and was very slippery inside. Also the handles were stripped and the temperature was hard to control. For what we paid for the property, I would expect a little higher level of upkeep and clenliness, the front door was not secure at all. The couches were very uncomfortable and small but hopefully most people don't have to spend as much time on them as our elderly parents did. The kitchen has basics so small meals could be made and there were nice areas outside to sit and chat or be alone. Mainly it just needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. I would stay at the property again."
