"Rooms are clean, spacious, neatly decorated and comfortable. Room service is impeccable, timely, and attentive. Staff are respectful, prompt, professional, and caring. But besides the physical stay, Helen, working at the reception, made our stay truly wonderful. Helen ensured we were properly taken care of, extending well beyond what we had expected, providing us with the best experience we've had at a hotel, ever. Not only was she approachable, she was happy to talk us through local attractions, restaurants, and even further outside of the Sliema. We are not the only ones who shared this sentiment, many of the other guests also frequently thanked Helen specifically, indicating that we did not receive special treatment, she really does go above and beyond for everyone. Helen is the type of person that we pray we see whenever we stay at a hotel, a true ray of sunshine and a real diamond in your staff line-up. If I worked for the Marriott company, I would make her package so competitive that she could not be poached by another company. We would stay at the Courtyard again without question, especially if Helen is there."

"Excellent views of the harbour. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with lots of variety. One of few hotels still offering turn-down service in the evening. Don't miss out - we will certainly stay here again."

"Check in was smooth. Very quiet location with comfy beds. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Location was good with a short walk to the water front. Unfortunately the Superior Room needed some tlc ie curtains hanging down, dirty skirting boards, tv cables exposed, black mould in shower etc. For the money it was excellent value but could be so much better with a little attention to detail. "Nice hotel centrally located in Silema. Quick walk to the main street but in a quiet area. The gym was across the street, small but functional. There is a much larger gym a 5 minute walk that offers day passes for €10. Breakfast was busy and well appointed, but small. More than a few days and it got a bit "samey". Nice fresh orange juice (a rarity often!)."

"Overall it’s a lovely hotel, clean, pool area is great, bedding is good quality, breakfast is excellent. My only problem on check in was I was given a room on floor 3 which is the restaurant in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The whole floor stank of food. The room was also opposite the lifts which added noise to the experience. I was moved, but just make sure you don’t accept a room on floor 3. My review would be very different if I’d not been moved "

"It was perfect in every way. We have stayed all over the world and this was probably the best hotel we have been in. The room and facilities were excellent, the extra touches greatly appreciated, and the views and location couldn’t have been better. But above all the friendly helpful efficient staff really made it for us. We would highly recommend Land’s End Boutique to anyone planning to visit Malta."
