"Room is fine and property was fine. There are a lot of parties going on during the weekend in the room so it was very loud. The room keys are on an app and you scan the QR code to get into any doors. That being said, the doors are electronic and the battery on our room door died. Sat outside our room for 20 minutes while the front desk kept telling me someone would be coming to let us in. Kinda frustrating but aside from that, everything else was fine. "

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...

"The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily).
I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature...

"right in the back of the Cosmopolitan Hotel for which has a great restraunts. right on the strip. easy access in and out. staff was great. Only was there for three days, to see the wizard of oz at the sphere, which was fun. easy uber ride over. I will stay here again.
