"We stayed here before our flight. The staff was extremely helpful and gave tips on which bus route was best. My kids loved that they had their own bunk beds rather than sharing a bed! Also the restaurant right down the street had wonderful wood fired pizza."

"Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature.
We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland.
Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very pleased we stayed here after our flight in to LHR from PHX. Only minor challenge was that there is no lift. However, staff helped us with the bags. Plan to return before we leave for USA"

"The food wasn’t great. I feel like the menu for breakfast and lunch were overpriced especially because it was in euros. Also there were extremely long wait times to be served but only 2 tables were being occupied…. Staff seemed to be dragging their feet behind the bar. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all during these occurrences."
