"The listing said that reception was open until 7:00PM and also free parking. Both of these things are absolutely false. Parking is in the street only and it’s only free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. But the worst part was that when we arrived there was ABSOLUTELY NOBODY THERE to check us in. There was a post it note with a phone number to dial. The other “hotel” in the building had someone there who called and got the code for the key box. I got the keys for room four and started looking around. ...

"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."

"la stanza non valeva assolutamente i prezzo, ho dato un'occhiata nei dintorni ed ho visto che ci sono hotel che con qualche euro in più offrono stanze migliori e prima colazione. Per questa stanza bisognava pagare almeno il 20% in meno, come presenza e pilizia ci si avvicina ad un ostello. Infondo basterebbe poco per sostituire quell'arredamento e rendere la stanza un pò più presentabile. unica nota positiva il bagno nuovo ma il resto .........-- "
