"The shower control was uncontrollable and continued to turn and turn to the point. I was fearful it would come out of the wall. It needs to be adjusted. The door automatically closes, and when it did, the lock popped loose from the door. It was eventually fixed the next day. There are a couple of other small things, but in general, it was not a good experience."

"While I was in the process of checking in the manager cancelled my reservation. The front desk staff had the reservation one minute then blamed Expedia for cancelling it the next. The manger came out and said she had actually just cancelled it moments ago. I asked why she would cancel my reservation as I was checking in and she said Expedia oversold the rooms. I asked her if every room was oversold since the day I reserved and paid for my room 8 months ago. She said she had to idea. Then told me there was nothing she could do and I had to contact Expedia to rebook elsewhere. I had no time for this as I was checking in just in time to get ready and make it to an event. When I asked to speak with her manager she said she’d see what she could do and booked me into a king room instead of the reserved double queen. Breakfast buffet was cold and the coffee ran out. I would not stay at this hotel again"

"The front desk person was awesome. One of the best I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Her name was Calela Savage. My recommendation is to make sure to keep her (promote her asap). She went up and above customer service norms."

"The room was clean and nice. The clerk was very welcoming at check in. However, I don't believe they had a laundry facility. The breakfast was not as good as I have had at orher hotels. But everything worked out. "

"When we finally arrived, we were given a room that was on the 2nd floor the elevator that was out. I am disabled and it was pretty hard to get up the stairs. The bed was extremely hard and there was people running up-and-down the hallways and overhead in the rooms above us. Also, people were beating on the walls. So it was hard to sleep with all the noise. The rooms had been recently renovated, but the beds were hard."

"It was okay, love the wallpaper in the room The couch was dirty with hair all over it though so I didn't use it This place had a terrible musty smell in the hallways Window cover thingy was cheap and made the room less appealing Overall it was okay"

"With a cup of coffee and juice in hand from the grab-n-go breakfast area, along with some fruit, we returned to the nicely appointed suite and kitchenette to make our own fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff, clean suite, and a good value. Kudos!"

"Under construction and expecting full payment for 7 day stay, I stayed 1 day and checked out. Rooms dated, dirty, falling apart. They were renovating the reception area, I think they need to do the rooms first. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned. Never again. This place is bringing down the DoubleTree reputation. "
