"Had no TV service on Easter Sunday. Also had to evacuate the entire hotel due to someone burning toast in the breakfast area. This just added a bit more excitment to our stay and we were not charged for the 25 minute fire drill."

"Cheap. Close to concert venue. Beds not comfy and pillows are thin and unsupportive. No hot water for tea in the morning at reception. Strong smell of curry in front lobby. "

"Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up"

"Booked online for my US Army active duty son returning to Ft.Drum. Upon arrival he found a note on the door with an after hours number to call. He called at 9:30pm and was told, " I'm already in bed, you must have booked online. Maybe try super 8. We'll refund your card tomorrow." "

"Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay"

"Not sure if this was entirely the fault of the hotel, but there was a semi tractor trailer truck parked right next to the hotel taking up about 8 prime parking spots. Engine started running in the parking lot outside our room at 5AM and continued for an hour with all the lights on. Could not sleep. It was ridiculous. Worse stay ever at a Quality Inn."

"I didn’t expect much due to peers staying here and having poor experiences, but I was still unfortunately disappointed. The room felt like it was holding up with Elmer’s Glue and scotch tape. Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. The sink faucet didn’t provide enough water to wash one’s hands, making hand sanitizer I keep in my care as my only option. As someone who’s allergic to dogs and smoke, having the room smell like both...

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
