"Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!"

The hotel is pristine, great food and drink offerings in the lobby, nice breakfast buffet, the staff was lovely, easy booking, dog friendly, and the room I got was fully equipped with everything you’d need to stay long term. It honestly had me considering staying there during the work week instead of commuting! "

"Responsive staff let us know when EV charger became available and let us borrow a toaster. All rooms have a water view. Convenient location next to the ferry landing. The breakfast menu is limited to diy waffles and cereal. The level of cleanliness is increasingly disappointing. Room and property need a decent cleaning and touch up paint. We have stayed here multiple times, but may book elsewhere. "

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "

"This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. "

"We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. This was annoying and if it hadn’t been for the lovely desk person we might not have enjoyed the property as much. Please reconsider this intrusive...
