"Staff was helpful. It is dated. Breakfast provided was decent. The only issue we had was hot water. We had none. Called front desk. Had hot water for a day. Then no more hot water (they turned the boiler down again). It was warm enough to put up with to take a shower. There was hardley anyone at the hotel. I know they had the boilers turned down. How do I know? Lets just say I have a friend that is the chief engineer for Hilton. All in all we had a nice time. It was quiet."

"Spacious rooms that are comfortable and set up nicely. Plenty of room in the bathroom. Fixtures are nice. All very clean. Centrally located downtown, close to college we visited and near shops and restaurants for walking. Nice breakfast included in price."
