"We were a couple checking in, but there was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I was able to get one when I went downstairs to requested. But, had we arrived outside of the designated times we would’ve been out of luck, because there was no staff on hand. We also had one duvet comforter(sized for a double bed) and only one pillowcase with one pillow on the king size bed. "The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

"Great place , roomy , updated and modern well decorated,clean and very welcoming. Will definitely come back ! All amenities that were listed worked fine , not like the other places I have stayed. Hands down worth you money and deff will be my next go to spot when back in Sofia."

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items.
