"We were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived after a long travel from Chicago, we were informed that there was a strike so services were radically reduced (no room cleaning, no secure luggage storage, reduced restaurant,bar service, no room service). Also the gym was closed for renovations. We understand the strike was out of their control but we asked from some compensation for the reduced services (restaurant credit, reduced rate, etc) and were offered 2 small pieces of chocolate. ...

"Small room but expected as single with bathroom a bit tight but OK for me. Location was perfect just a few mins from Oslo S and off the main shopping pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly and excellent service. Note the key card is the blank card and the one with thon on it is the power one for the room. Found it quiet even though in quite a busy area.
