"When we got to our room, the thermostat was not working. We didn’t realize until after 10pm. Once we called the front desk, the staff came right up with parts to fix it. They had to make a couple of trips but they were on top of it!"

"Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Bathrooms spotless, carpets clean, fridge clean, beds clean. Great comfy beds and pillows. Good warm breakfast and nice staff. I have been traveling a lot lately and this was the cleanest hotel I’ve been to this year."

"We had booked this hotel through Expedia for a family wedding in Park City. We had booked a "mountain view" room. Upon entering the room, the view from our room was a ROCK WALL of the parking area. We had paid extra for a mountain view, and knew there were real mountain view rooms as our other family members had the same booking and had a beautiful view of the mountains. we called and complained, and the front desk said that the view we had WAS the mountain view. HA. We were moved to a room next door to a room much larger (a suite) which was nice, but the view was exactly the same! The room was beautiful and spacious, but definitely not a mountain view."
