"Bereits zum dritten Mal waren wir in diesem Hotel zu Gast (Familienbesuch). Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind: die Lage zum Rynek, Kaffee/Tee/Wasser den ganzen Tag zur freien Verfügung, Sauberkeit. Leider war unsere Matratze sehr durchgelegen, hier wäre ein Austausch und eine Kontrolle nach einer gewissen Zeit wünschenswert. Zusammenfassend ein sehr schönes Hotel mit mehr Vorzügen als Mängeln."

"The support that was given by the host was absolutely perfect!! There was a problem with the original point of stay....however hotel management went out of their way to upgrade us to a different place. "Wonderful breakfast buffet included. Very close to shopping and transportation options. Only downside was that we were at the end of the hotel and the wifi signal was weak to non existent, I had to go to the lobby to check email. It is an old stone building so I wasnt that surprised with the weak signal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "
