"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy."

"What’s not to love about the Celeste? Everything you could ask for in a cozy hotel. Lovely accomodating staff, warm breakfast, the room was clean both upon arrival and when my partner and I were out and about. Parking was right next door at the World Trade Center parking ramp, and wasn’t expensive (overnight park there was $24; compared to Chicago, that’s a steal). My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. "The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!"
