"We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. "I had seen reviews that the rooms were small. Ours was a nice size and very comfortable. The staff was great, especially the young man at check-in. He was welcoming and helpful with getting around town and finding places to eat. The hotel is close to the cathedral which is a must to see! They do use an old fashioned room key so be sure and lock your room door once inside with the key. Breakfast was really good. It is a quant hotel that we enjoyed and very close, within easy walking to most things. The railroad station is about 12 minutes and a little uphill toward the end, or longer with heavy suitcases. We would stay again."
