"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. We had to spend quite a while looking for one that was reasonably clean, only for it to be snatched from our hands by a very very rude guest who seemed in a hurry to eat. The breakfast staff...

"Great location, great room!!!! Door lock had an issue, fixed but had to slam all week. Front desk staff not great. Asked for an extra night and was told to wait to the following day as reservation staff had gone home. Be aware there is no early or late food or drinks and they invalidate your room key before the 11 am checkout"

"A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! "Beautiful resort and amazing room; we will definitely come back again - we got the deluxe one bedroom suite and it was perfect for me, my husband and our 3yr old toddler; food is incredible and lots of options (recommend reserving ahead for dinner) - the all inclusive is definitely great as you don’t even need to sign anything, you show up, eat and leave which is great esp for kids who can be unpredictable at the dinner table ; beaches are shallow with extremely calm water which is great for little kids and the pools are great - esp the family one - the only suggestion for the resort is to add more golf carts for transport but overall we definitely felt like we were in a 5 star luxury resort"

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Octopus. Simple room but has everything you need for the price. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned daily, big walk in shower with great water pressure. There is no wardrobe but there is a rack with hangers. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs is absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced, staff are also very friendly. Best part of it all is the location! Right at the main part of Can Picafort and literally steps from the beach and all the restaurants. I saw some reviews regarding noise but that was not what I had during my stay at all, no noises at night, very quiet. I would recommend 100% and will come back!"
