This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was peaceful and the rooms very comfortable. We spent an afternoon in Sonoma, had a wonderful meal at the Fig Cafe (recommended), slept like logs in the country location and finished up with a superb breakfast. Worth every penny.

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing hotel. Just delightful. They only tiny negative is that you can hear the road when you are walking around the property but not in our room. I loved being in the hotel so much we didn't get around to doing much tourism and the surrounding area is lovely.

The Madrona in Healdsburg is easily one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We had a room in the Coach House - absolutely stunning. Turndown service, proper attention to detail, and even the manager came over to suggest some brilliant local spots to eat. They offered a car into town if we needed it too. Honestly, just an incredible experience from start to finish.
The Madrona in Healdsburg is easily one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We had a room in the Coach House - absolutely stunning. Not only was the hotel beautiful but you can’t beat its location - it’s right on the square in the centre of downtown Sonoma. The rooms were lovely (although slightly on the smaller side) and we really enjoyed our time here so we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sonoma.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, front desk very helpful. They have introduced valet parking which is very reasonably priced at $20 a night (I think, definitely wasn't more than that). Breakfast was inclusive, but there were also paid for options as well. All the food was very good. Wifi superb. Pool (which is outside) is quiet, and bigger than it looks in the photos.
