The apartment hotel is very clean and spacious. It’s has everything, kitchen, dining table, sofa and washing machine. The price is very good, cheaper than other hotel. Stayed 2 nights family of 4. We had great time in this hotel. Definitely will book again next time in Osaka. "

"The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in Kyoto this fall. Walking distance to so many temples, gardens, steps from the Geisha district, shopping & restaurants. The pictures I saw on google maps of the street and immediate surroundings looked a little iffy, but it was just fine, and very quiet. The hotel was absolutely spotless and very comfortable; the staff fabulous, and the small restaurant well run with a very decent breakfast at a reasonable price. It is also only a short block...
