"Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. For example, they stored our luggage for the day until it was time to check in and also arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the airport. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again.."

"George and Marianna were PHENOMENAL, as was the location and entire property. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough."

"Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast.
