The staff is excellent and the property is located in a good spot. No water views but just a few blocks away from trains,buses.and ferries. It’s a small boutique hotel and is quiet when you want to get away from the crowds in the downtown area. Close to many restaurants. Another nice thing is you don’t have to go up and down any stairs like many other properties

The property was truly impressive… The suite was beautiful… The young lady who assisted us in registration was very known of the area and welcoming… We received a pleasant surprise which was a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary… The staff that swirled in the breakfast weee extremely welcoming and were making sure all that we needed was taken care of… Giovanni, at the reception/registration desk was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed… We will definitely comeback!

Great staff, Pina was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast staff was equally helpful providing a nice assortment of fresh food items. We had the panoramic suite, spacious with a private outdoor area to view the sunset. The hotel is located a short distance from the center of Sorrento, within walking distance of the port, restaurants and all other areas. We would definitely rebook this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and accommodating by letting us borrow an extra fan due to the heatwave, they did have a controllable thermostat in the room. The only negative thing is there was quite a bit of black mold in the shower. Everything else was very clean. Very good value for the area-only a 15 minute walk to the train station and to the beach clubs!

This location was only a five minute walk to the city center. It was nice and quiet. The staff was amazing. Fantastic breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. They were helpful in guiding me around Sorrento. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast had good variety. Our room was on the ground level so there was noise from the street that was unavoidable. Staff were pleasant until it mattered. I had brought out cash for the day but in rushing for the morning ferry, I left the money on our bed. The hotel room was locked. I returned to the hotel that evening, the door was still locked. The bed was made and the room was cleaned but the cash I left out was missing. We immediately notified the hotel staff who denied seeing or taking the money. We advised if the housekeeper believed it was a tip, this was a mistake and we would simply like to have the money returned. Instead, the hotel accused us of slandering their employees and were entirely dismissive of our claim. A police report was filed on our departure from Sorrento. What a shame, because otherwise this hotel was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. Our room was spacious and clean when we arrived, and the location was excellent — about a 15-minute walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Sorrento. One of our favourite things was having access to the pool at the sister hotel about a 10-minute walk away. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and we were so grateful to have that option. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Pina, who was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. There were a few downsides. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and while the room was clean upon arrival, the daily housekeeping didn’t feel very thorough - especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was included but unfortunately wasn’t a highlight, as much of the food was left sitting out for the full 8–10 a.m. period. For example, the yogurt was warm when we arrived later in the morning. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend the hotel, particularly for its spacious rooms, great location, friendly staff, and access to the beautiful nearby pool.

I hate to leave this critical review because the staff were all wonderful, and the garden and breakfasts were lovely, but our room was not as expected and had an unforgivable major issue. The room was quite a bit more dated than the photos indicate, and the shower was barely usable due to its strange narrow design. We are not large people, but in a two feet wide shower, either the faucet is in your back or your elbows are hitting the glass. Both of these I would not have considered writing a review about. But what was unforgivable was the major mold issue that had obviously been ignored for a long time, allowing it to grow to a terrible (and toxic) state. Whoever designed the silly shower put a wooden door frame up next to it, and this door frame was soggy, stained, and moldy from soaking up water that escapes the shower. The air conditioner and surrounding wall also likely have a mold issue. The room was very musty and stayed that way despite opening windows for fresh air. Mustiness is an indicator of mold. As someone who knows a lot on this subject and its health effects, exposing guests to this is not acceptable. When we brought it up, we were thanked, but the seriousness was not there. I suppose they had no other room to offer, so they didn’t, and we had no where else to go. Proper remediation needs to be done, and then this could be a great place to stay.

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Giovanni. He took our luggage to check-in and asked if we could have a seat in the garden while he assists another guest. The garden is just gorgeous! When Giovanni finished with the other guests, he met with us and began our check-in. Our room was ready and he escorted us to the elevator, which goes directly to our room. I really can't say room, it was a suite with a private balcony that gave you great views of Sorrento. Giovanni showed us how everything worked in the suite. Everything was perfect! We stayed 3 nights. The weather was so nice and the morning breakfast was so fresh! Giovanni and Pina were very friendly and they arranged our taxi's, gave us information and directions as well as booking restaurants for us. When we come back to Sorrento, we are definitely staying here again.
