Our room and the breakfast provided were great! The communication with the owner was fantastic, as she was willing to help with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We met Emily and her Mother, extremely nice women. Emily communicated quickly with me through Expedia and also WhatsApp. Car parking was available which was a bonus in this area. Not too far walking distance from Piazzo Tasso and Marina Grande. The only thing missing was a coffee machine!

Taudis briseur de vacances

A fuir, À fuir et encore À fuir, Tout d’abord ne vous faites pas avoir comme je me suis fait à voir, c’est un guest house et non un hôtel!!! L’odeur pestilentielle qui vous prends au nez dès les premiers instants de l’ouverture de la porte d’entrée, un lavabo qui tient par la magie du saint esprit, pommeau de douche en souffrance intense. Deuxièmement on réserve une chambre mais on nous donne autre chose. Troisièmement, les lits c’est du béton armée et surtout les lits 1 places se sont enfaite un sofa ouvert en deux. Le mobilier est vieux et l’état reste à désirer. Quatrièmement l’isolation est juste incroyable, tu as l’impression de vivre dans la rue, on entends tout et surtout c’est en bord de route qui n’as pas été signalé dans l’annonce. Et pour clouer le tout en bonheur il y a pas d’alarme incendie, on est loin des normes de sécurité. Rajouter des euros en plus et prenez autres choses, je me suis retrouvé à prendre un autre hôtel ( pour le coup c’était vraiment un hôtel). La seules choses qui m’a plu c’est de prendre un ascenseur du 14eme siècle.

Excellent from the start! The room was perfect and in a great location. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple. Emily is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She booked a tour of the Amalfi coast which was amazing. And breakfast each day was wonderful! We hope to come back!!

Beautiful room in Sorrento!

If you're staying in Sorrento as home base for the Amalfi Coast, consider Emily Suites. Emily was a wonderful host. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free. The rooms are on the fifth floor of the building so take the elevator if you got a lot of luggage. Breakfast is wheeled to your room so you don't even need to get out of bed, besides getting the door. The bathroom is new and the shower is very fancy. The windows even have automatic shades. Slightly expensive but this is across the whole Amalfi Coast. Stay here!

We stayed here for 4 nights but never met Emily which i found very disappointing. We never were checked in as we arrived at 12.00 at night therefore we stayed 2 nights before we realised there were shutters on the windows after being awake from 5 because it was so bright. Elena was called in when we needed help with trip booking and Tatiana was great serving us breakfast

Estadia agradável

Antes de mais nada, é necessário entender que este local não é hotel, mas sim um conjunto de suítes. Você não vai ter recepção disponível no momento em que quiser. Durante nossa estadia, tivemos contado com 3 pessoas apenas : 1) a senhora que trazia o café no quarto conforme menu e horário combinados. 2) uma assistente que ajudou com algumas informações turísticas. 3) Emily, a gerente que cuida de tudo. Quando chegávamos dos passeios, não encontrávamos mais ninguém, mas era sempre possível falar com a Emily pelo whatsapp. A limpeza ocorria diariamente, mas nunca vimos quem a realizava. Tivemos um problema com troca de toalhas no primeiro dia, pois era necessário deixá-las no chão para indicar que queria trocá-las. Também tivemos problema com reposição de sabão para banho em um dos dias da nossa estadia. Resolvi com a Emily pelo whatsapp. O quarto era muito bom e espaçoso. Não tivemos problemas com limpeza ou aparelhos. A Emily ajuda na reserva de passeios e até indica um motorista particular. Gostamos muito dele e o solicitamos diversas vezes. É difícil encontrar o local, então alinhem isso com a Emily. O motorista cobra 35 euros por pessoa para te buscar na estação Napoli Centrale. A cidade de Sorrento é muito agradável, tem uma praia e um centrinho muito turístico e bacana. De Sorrento, visitei Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Pompéia, Vesúvio e Napoles. Eu gostei da estadia e retornaria sem problemas. Os hotéis na mesma faixa de preço parecem estar mal conservados.

Excelente alojamiento en Sorrento.

Emily se contactó a la brevedad luego de nuestra reserva para coordinar nuestro horario de llegada. La ubicación es muy buena sobre la principal calle de Sorrento y a 5 minutos del centro caminando. Nuestra habitación era muy cómoda y bonita, muy buen gusto en la decoración y en lo que ofrecía. El desayuno muy completo, la mujer que nos traía el desayuno y hacía la limpieza (no recuerdo su nombre) nos trató de maravillas al igual que Emily que nos proporcionó mucha información. Opción de parking disponible con costo, buena ubicación, amabilidad en el trato, buen desayuno, habitación grande, limpia y bonita...recomiendo este alojamiento sin dudas. Gracias Emily Suites, esperamos volver pronto!!!

Excelente recepção. Emily e sua equipe são muito atenciosas, não medindo esforços para tornar a estadia o melhor possível. Quarto amplo e com boas acomodações.
