The hotel was truly magical—spotlessly clean with a fantastic breakfast buffet and exceptionally friendly staff. Its prime location, just steps from the beach and in the heart of Sorrento’s historic town, made it perfect for exploring. A charming secret garden on the first floor added a unique touch to the stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sorrento.

Great property in a great location. Few things to keep in mind though. The beds are hard while pillows are extremely soft. You can't actually control the air conditioner. And not as soundproof as the description says (I could hear our neighbors cough).

The property itself is cute and in a very good location. We enjoyed our stay, but did have a few issues with how loud things were. For example, there were dogs that barked for very long periods of time, especially in the evening hours, we could hear the man coughing in the room next-door through the wall by our bed many many nights, you can hear toilets flushing above you and the toilet in our room is extremely loud as well. We stayed in room 306. Overall, it was a decent day, the courtyard is adorable. However, we stayed at the end of April. The pool was not open, there were no chairs on the sun deck. I expect we paid less than what others would pay full season, but there were some improvements I would have preferred.

The staff were very helpful with us arriving early and leaving bags to explore Sorrento. Great central location for walking downtown Sorrento and getting to and from ferry/train/bus. Lovely hotel, clean everywhere, friendly staff and breakfast is good.

We loved the location. It is only a short walk from the metro. It was in close to everything we wanted to see. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony that overlooked the restaurant below.
