"My stay was overall good here, the staff at the onsite restaurant, employees and security where on point. My main issue was with the host Alex. He did not have the best communication during my trip. I needed questions answered regarding supplies and nuances during my stay and I had to double and triple text him or it would take him hours or a day later just to get back to me. Overall good stay, poor communication by the host which needs to improve going forward. "

"Our VIP Room was comfortable and spacious! The swim up room was a special treat. Our housekeeping staff was wonderful. The Spa was relaxing and professional. Rosa and Andres were fantastic and very professional. The wait staff in the main dining area were attentive and helpful while the wait staff in the VIP dining were nice but could benefit from some additional training. Overall, our stay was pleasurable and a great escape!"
