"Very clean and new carpet throughout the hotel. Room was excellent and again appeared to have new carpet. Kitchen had everything you need. Breakfast was better than most free breakfast set ups.
Pool and gym were nice. Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff didn’t match the quality of your hotel. Young and dumb. Greet your guests with a welcoming smile and acknowledge them every time they walk by regardless. Goes along way.

"The room wasn't clean at all, the floors were dirty and also the bathroom.
The linens and towels were clean. This is a new hotel, last time we stayed here we couldn't get any hot water out of the shower, we just put it down to newbie, problems.
This time we couldn't get hot water at all, barely warm.
The Electric charging bays have all been knocked down and the copper stripped from the charges, none of them were in use.
This was a nice hotel when it opened and now it looks like its 20 years...

"rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days...."

"They over book and still charge you for king size beds while giving you a full, once you finally get someone at the check in desk to help you.
The rooms aren't finished. There's holes in the wall, missing trim, paint marks, etc all over.
There was hair and dirt bits in the bed meaning they didnt change the sheets. They left the bar of soap from the previous guests by the sink. The fridge stunk of rotten food.
Thei "breakfast" is a joke. The o ly hot things they provide are DIY waffles that...
