"Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. "Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. "The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

Pros:
The night staff were friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff did come in to clean quickly after we had requested.

The breakfast and coffee was pretty horrible. We ended up having to buy our own coffee and breakfast somewhere else.
