"The wave is a very nice place to stay. Ocean views from big windows. Windows that open to also get fresh air and hear the ocean. Nice non carpeted floors but warm not cold to keep the sand and water from feet from adding g to moisture in room! Very clean. The bed was very comfortable ( my favorite throng to check in a room is it has to have a comfortable bed). Staff ere all very nice. Like a wonderful neighbor and ready to help. I did not make it to the indoor pool, but could see people splashing and having fun. Breakfast is a continental, but you can make yummy waffles off the already heated waffle maker."

"This hotel felt like a previous condo complex - many individual buildings with several rooms per building. It sits right on the harbor and a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops along the harbor. Our room was spacious and clean and seemed well maintained. We had a view of the harbor even being behind other hotel buildings. There was no A/C and got a little warm so we kept the sliding door and two windows open at night and it cooled down enough. My wife used the workout room and said it was decent. There is a nice (but somewhat dated) restaurant and bar on-site but didn’t appear to be busy at all. There are also no elevators so you must lug large suitcases up or down the stairs so could be difficult for some people. Overall was a good value with a good location near shops and restaurants and easy to get in and out of."
