"Staff were very kind and pleasant. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Loved the layout. Only downfall is how thin the walls are. We could hear everytime somebody went to get ice. But still enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice and location was perfect for us"

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"My mom, my kids, and I stayed here for four night last week (7/18-7/22) and we would 100% stay again. The hotel is in a central location, with a small walk and easy access to the beach. The staff was great, welcoming, and very informative about how to navigate the island and not get ran over. Our room was a deluxe suite, it was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and well maintained! The only thing negative is the air conditioning units need to be updated, I did have to buy myself a box...

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our visit. The key-entry wristbands only worked for our room and wouldn’t unlock any of the other access points around the property. We even exchanged them, but the replacements had the same problem. It became inconvenient having to walk around to the main entrance each time or wait for someone to let us into the pool area. We...

"Although we had an overall good experience I wanted to mention some things for others to consider. 1. There’s no AC on the hallways, it’s not enclosed so to speak. 2. I could hear the elevator from my room or full conversations in the hall, walls are thin. 3. Breakfast situation was not ideal, also no AC, very crowded, (what I believe to be cross contamination), and did not meet my expectation of other Holiday Inn Express experiences."

"The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...
